Retreat Discussion Topics

Our Saturday sessions run on what people bring to them. The tabletop discussions and the Clinician Panel are both shaped by what you tell us matters.

In past tabletop discussions, people have raised the impact of the job on children and family, relationships and communication, and balancing family life with the demands of the profession. Past Clinician Panel discussions have covered how to know if your clinician is a good fit, what to expect during counseling sessions, and treatment options for PTS beyond traditional counseling.

If there’s something you’d like the group to talk about, tell us below. Your name is optional — there’s more about that on the form itself.

What would you like us to talk about at the retreat? A sentence or two is plenty.
Your name is optional. If you give it, your topic goes to Renée and to your breakout leader. It's never read out, and nobody is named in the room. If you'd rather leave it off, please do — we'd much rather have your topic anonymously than not at all. It'll still be read and it may well come up. The only thing we can't do is make sure it reaches your group, because we sort topics by group and we wouldn't know which one is yours.
