Sponsor a Retreat
A retreat sponsorship pays for one specific weekend, or one part of it. You choose the retreat, and you're credited by name with the retreat you made possible.
Retreat sponsorships are open to businesses, organizations, families and individuals, and any of them can be given in honor or in memory of someone.
Retreat sponsorships
Sponsor the whole weekend, or one part of it. The five parts add up to the full retreat.
| Full Span$92,500 | The whole retreat, start to finish: lodging, every meal, the speakers, the AV team and the supplies, for everyone in the room. One per retreat. |
|---|---|
| Lodging$49,000 | Every room for the weekend, for the attendees and for the team that runs the retreat. |
| Food$21,000 | Every meal of the weekend. |
| Speakers$14,000 | The weekend's speaker program. |
| Supplies$5,000 | The challenge coins, journals, lanyards and other materials attendees take home. |
| AV$3,500 | The audio-visual team for every session. |
“We would not be able to attend had it not been free. Thank you for that!!”

Which retreat
Retreats are held two or three times a year at the Marriott Columbus Northwest in Dublin, Ohio. The next one is December 11–13, 2026. Tell us which retreat you'd like to sponsor and we'll confirm what's still open.
How you're credited
Every retreat sponsor is credited by name with the retreat they sponsored.
If you're already a Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsor, a retreat sponsorship is credited on its own as well, so you're recognized for both. For example: RKE Trucking, a Platinum sponsor, also sponsored all of the meals for the December retreat.
A gift in honor or in memory carries that person's name with it. For example: All of the meals for this retreat were provided by the Smith family, in memory of John Smith.
How to start
Retreat sponsorships are arranged directly rather than paid online, because card processing takes a real bite out of a five-figure gift. Use the form below, or email info@firstrespondersbridge.org, and we'll send an invoice or set up a transfer.
If you'd rather mail a check, the address and tax ID are on the give by check page. Write the retreat and the part you're sponsoring on the memo line so it's credited correctly.
