Coloring pages, for kids and grown-ups.

Coloring is a simple way to slow down. There’s no right way to do it and nothing to finish. Print a page, grab whatever you’ve got, and color together or on your own.

There’s research behind it, too. In one study, college students who spent 20 minutes coloring a detailed, symmetrical design called a mandala felt noticeably less anxious afterward, while students who drew freely didn’t (Curry and Kasser, Art Therapy, 2005). Coloring isn’t therapy, but it can be a calm few minutes.
