Tax-Advantaged Giving
A gift of stock, a qualified charitable distribution from an IRA, or a grant from a donor-advised fund can be worth more to First Responders’ Bridge than the same amount in cash — and can be worth more to you at tax time. Your broker or fund administrator handles the transfer; everything they need is below.
Please tell us it is coming. Transfers arrive at our account with the broker’s name on them, not yours. Without a heads-up we often cannot tell who to thank.

Then let us know. Use the contact form, or reach our Director of Development, Maureen Kocot, at (614) 207-3904 or maureen@firstrespondersbridge.org. If you or your broker have questions before you start, Maureen is the person to ask.
Other ways to give
Give once — $20 to $1,400, or any amount.
Give monthly — the same amounts spread across the year.
Give by check, or through Community Shares of Mid Ohio if your employer offers it.
First Responders’ Bridge is the operating name of The Bridge Corp, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN 82-5475103. We are not able to give tax advice — your broker, fund administrator or tax professional is the right person to ask what a particular gift means for you.
